Aguanauts Entertainment

Description:
Aguanauts Entertainment (AE) is a creative collective I co-founded with peers who share a passion for water ecosystems. We raise awareness through educational games, community apps, and storytelling. As the graphic designer and artist, I handle branding, packaging, graphic design, concept art, and 3D modeling.
Logo and Mascot Motion Graphic:

The AE logo, inspired by waves and seashells, reflects our water-focused mission. Our visual identity prioritizes education and accessibility through illustrative designs, an animated mascot, and a clean sans-serif typeface to inspire appreciation for aquatic environments.
Products & Product Design

One of the first products AE produced was an incense holder based on one of our characters. I collaborated with Curtiss Struble, an engineering student at ASU, who developed a method to turn plastic water bottles into filament for 3D printing (pictured below). Our goal was to use water bottles found in aquatic environments and recycle them into useful products. I was in charge of packaging and prototyping the incense holders.

Final Packaging:
The final package not only mimicked the colors of the incense holder but also included visual elements similar to its design. For example, the packaging for the octopus character incense holder featured octopus tentacles throughout its design. It was also important that the package remained simple.

The Aguanats Ent. aquatic life Identifier application aims at educating park goers more about the aquatic/ riparian life within the park’s vicinity. The app will allow park goers to interact and learn more about wild life without disturbing the animal or its environment.
